Shipping Policy
Delivery times, shipping costs, and everything in between
Orders are processed on business days (Monday – Friday), excluding federal and New York State public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Processing time: 1–2 business days. This is the time it takes us to prepare and hand your order to the carrier. It is separate from shipping transit time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (holidays, promotional events), processing may take up to 3 business days. We will communicate any delays proactively via email.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not order placement. While we work with reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
We offer local delivery within Manhattan and select Brooklyn/Queens ZIP codes for orders over $50. Select "Local Delivery" at checkout if it is available for your address. Local delivery typically takes 1–2 business days and will be delivered by our team or a trusted local courier.
You will receive a notification when your delivery is on its way. Someone must be available to receive the package, or delivery instructions must be left at checkout.
Order online and pick up your products at 1225 3rd Avenue, New York, NY 10021. Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready — typically within a few hours on business days.
Pickup is available during our regular salon hours. Please bring your order confirmation email.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been handed to a carrier. Onur Salon is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@onursalon.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to correct the address. Once shipped, address corrections are subject to carrier policies and may incur additional fees.
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order through the carrier's website directly:
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your building management. If it still cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund your order.
Stolen packages: Onur Salon is not liable for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier but then stolen from the delivery location. We recommend using a secure delivery address or requesting a signature-required delivery for high-value orders.
Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the damaged item(s) immediately and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
At this time, we ship within the United States only (including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories). We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside the US and wish to place an order, please contact us to discuss options.
Some beauty products (aerosols, items with alcohol content) may be subject to carrier restrictions. All products are properly classified and shipped in compliance with USPS, UPS, and FedEx guidelines. If a product in your order cannot be shipped to your location due to carrier restrictions, we will notify you and offer a substitute or full refund for that item.
