We operate under an Appearance Enhancement Business License issued by the New York State Department of State. All of our stylists hold the required cosmetology licenses in compliance with NY State law.

We reserve the right to decline service to any individual who is disruptive, abusive toward staff, or in violation of our salon's values of respect and inclusivity. Onur Salon is a safe, welcoming space for all people regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or background.

We sell professional hair care and beauty products through our online store. All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product and to refuse service to anyone.

By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only for lawful purposes. All product sales are subject to our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colors, textures, or packaging may vary slightly from what is shown on screen.

All prices displayed on our Website are in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which will be added at checkout in accordance with New York State law.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as any other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

For in-salon services, payment is due at the time of service. For online orders, payment is charged at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears fraudulent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Onur Salon gift cards are redeemable for services and products at Onur Salon Inc. Gift cards have no expiration date and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or replaced if lost or stolen. In compliance with New York General Business Law §396-i, we do not charge inactivity fees on gift cards.

Our Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Website.
